Frozan Nikzad is a committed social entrepreneur and community leader dedicated to empowering refugees, immigrants, and underserved families. As the Founder and CEO of Land of Opportunities, she leads programs that support self-sufficiency, education, and workforce development. With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare, humanitarian services, and nonprofit management—supported by medical studies and advanced training at Oxford University—she brings a holistic approach to community impact. Under her leadership, Land of Opportunities continues to expand essential services that help individuals build new beginnings and thrive in inclusive, supportive communities.
Tamim Noorin, CFO & Co-Founder
Tamim Noorin is the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Land of Opportunities, applying his finance and technology expertise to support the organization’s mission. He holds a degree from Asher College of Sacramento and brings over five years of IT experience, currently serving as an IT Applications Analyst. Tamim’s leadership and commitment to service help ensure the organization delivers meaningful impact. Known for his reliability and problem-solving skills, he strengthens internal systems and supports initiatives that empower refugees and immigrants. He remains dedicated to using his technical and financial knowledge to advance community-focused programs at Land of Opportunities.
Noor Khan Nikzad, Board Member
Noor Khan Nikzad is a respected community leader with over forty years of experience supporting communities across Afghanistan, Europe, and Central Asia. He holds a Master’s Degree in Community Development and Social Services and has long advocated for human rights, women’s empowerment, and expanded educational opportunities. As the founder of a community association, he led programs that strengthened families, promoted self-sufficiency, and built local capacity. Today, as Chairman and Board Member at Land of Opportunities, Mr. Nikzad applies his extensive leadership and humanitarian experience to guide education, workforce development, and community support initiatives.
