At Land of Opportunities, he manages budgeting, forecasting, grants, compliance, and long-term financial planning to support sustainable growth. He holds an Executive MBA and a BBA with concentrations in Finance and Marketing. Known for his precision, strategic vision, and strong work ethic, Muhammad is committed to financial integrity and team development.
Mitra Nikzad
Mitra Nikzad is a dedicated ESL Instructor known for her strong communication skills, supportive teaching style, and commitment to student success. Her previous experience teaching at META Academy in Herat strengthened her ability to support learners from diverse backgrounds. Attiq Quraishi is an experienced administrative and tax professional known for his strong organizational skills and dedication to quality service. He has supported operations at Afsotar Company, Global Link Logistics, and Nawroz Trading Company, and later expanded his expertise in the United States through tax preparation with H&R Block. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Math and Economics, he brings accuracy, attention to detail, and a thoughtful, client-centered approach to his work. At Land of Opportunities, Attiq contributes to efficient operations and helps ensure newcomers receive reliable guidance and support.

Irfan Rouf
Irfan Rouf is a skilled linguist and ESL Instructor known for his professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and supportive, student-centered teaching approach. With a degree in Psychiatry, he brings strong analytical skills, empathy, and communication abilities to his work at Land of Opportunities. His international teaching experience in Istanbul strengthened his ability to design engaging lessons and support learners from diverse backgrounds. Fluent in Dari, Farsi, Turkish, and English, Irfan is dedicated to empowering students and serving multicultural communities through education and translation.
Raheela Shinwari
Raheela Shinwari is a multilingual human services professional with strong experience supporting refugee and immigrant communities. She has served as a Cultural Orientation Case Aide and Interpreter with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), delivering essential orientation workshops and providing interpretation in multiple languages. Raheela previously spent ten years as a Finance Manager for donor-funded development programs with AREP in Kabul. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has completed several professional trainings in interpretation, MS Office, and community development. Raheela is fluent in English, Pashto, Dari, Farsi, Urdu, and Hindi.
